CANCELLATION INFORMATION

How To Cancel

You can cancel your membership at any time online (through a web browser) 24/7 with the instructions below.

  • Sign in to your account on gfamplus.com from your web browser
  • Click on "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and select "Manage Account"
  • Sign in to your Great American Account
  • Scroll down to "Membership & Billing" and select "Cancel Subscription"
  • Select the reason for the cancellation and click "Continue to Cancel"

NOTE: This will set your membership to cancel at the end of your current billing period or free trial period, whichever applies.

No Cancellation Button

If you are trying to cancel your account and do not see a cancellation button this means that the current account you are signed in on is already cancelled or not active at this time. If that is the case there may be another email address associated with GFam+. Please go to our password reset article and try sending all known email addresses a password reset. If it allows the password reset to go through then that email is registered with GFam+.
