Why am I being charged more than I expected?

Why was I charged before my billing date?
If your billing date was created on a day that does not occur in a given month (such as the 31st), you'll be billed on the last day of that month instead.
Why do I have multiple charges?
If you are seeing multiple charges on your account please Contact Us for further assistance so our member services team can look into the situation.
Please Note: Our member services team will need the last 4 digits of the card, the name on the card, the charge dates, and the amounts to assist you.
What if I don't recognize the charges on my account?
If you do not recognize a charge from GFam+ please Contact Us for further assistance.
